Purchased a new roof. They tore off old one layer shingles, replaced approx 7 pieces plywood & all new shingles, felt paper, ice shield & drip edge! Also new pipe boots and a new ridge vent was installed. So far, it has passed Mother Natures test of 60 MPH winds and ice dams. They came out within 3 days of signing contract, with PERMIT in hand! He empowered me with knowledge that the first contractor had not been truthful about. I expect that if I have any problems, they will come back to check these out, but I highly doubt there will be any since we have had such crazy weather lately, it would have already shown had there been any problems.
